Dennis Post from PostCard Travel Planning brings us to the Pig & Anchor Bar on Carnival Horizon, where Vori from Thailand will show us how to make a Southern Peach.

He starts making the drink by filling a tall glass with ice cubes. After that, the bartender grabs a metal mixing glass and add fresh ice. He then adds 2 ounces of Tito’s Vodka, 0.75 ounce of Aperol, 1 ounce of peach puree, 0.75 ounce of lime juice, and a splash of simple syrup.

That mix is topped with a new glass and given a vigorous shake. Vori then pours the drink into the original iced glass. As a final step, he tops the drink with sparkling Brut.
