The company unveiled the Pixel 11 family at its Made by Google 2026 event, alongside the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 5, Pixel Tag, and updated Pixel Buds. Google says the new hardware makes everyday tasks more personal, proactive, and productive.
This isn’t just about building another generation of smartphone hardware.
Google is increasingly turning to its Pixel smartphones as a showcase for Gemini, its artificial intelligence platform. The current Pixel series, however, includes the largest camera advancements in years, as well as new capabilities that are meant to anticipate what customers need and lessen the amount of labor needed to get things done, the company claims.

Another feature, HiLight, is designed for Pixel 11 Pro users who leave their phones face down.
HiLight glows softly when there is a timely update instead of having to pick up the phone and check the screen.

The Pixel 11 lineup is bigger than one phone
