Memorial Day also comes with many events and activities to honor U.S. soldiers, including visiting cemeteries and attending memorials, ceremonies, and parades.

Some families also take this time to gather and organize barbecues and picnics, which can be fun but also stressful for hosts who don’t plan ahead.

Because it is considered a holiday, many retailers close for the day or reduce their hours of operation to allow employees to be with their families, observe the day, or get an extra day off.

Memorial Day doesn’t have to be overwhelming, so to help make the day run smoother, here is all the necessary information for Walmart and Sam’s Club, in case you need to buy any last-minute snacks or forgot a few things on the list.
