When you think of a commonly known celebrity or person of interest, chances are you associate them with a particular look.

Take, for example, Donald Trump’s long red tie. Singer Pharrell Williams is almost always seen in a hat. Harry Styles doesn’t shy away from pearls or a grandma sweater. Adam Sandler is known for his more relatable sweatpants and sweatshirts. And Marilyn Monroe was always in a cat eye.

But the reality is, many of us have a signature look without even knowing it. It might be the same pair of baggy grey sweatpants or vintage dad sneakers that are suddenly cool again. Perhaps its fringe bangs, oversized sunglasses, or Taylor Swift-inspired red lips.

And at least one company is cashing in on such a look ahead of what’s almost certain to be a media frenzy at this weekend’s Super Bowl LVIII.

Beverage company creates trendy new product

The U.S. whiskey brand Fireball – which is both beloved and feared for its spicy cinnamon flavor – is usually more of a central player at frat parties and bachelor parties. But ahead of Super Bowl LVIII, Fireball is releasing its own cosmetic item to generate buzz, excitement, and fandom amongst its more recent newcomers.

“Fireball loves any excuse for a spicy moment, especially during football season, and this year we had our eyes glued on America’s sweethearts as the season unfolded,” global brand director Danny Suich said of the release. “This year especially the sport welcomed a slew of new fans, and red has certainly been a theme both in apparel and makeup.”

The lipstick is no doubt an homage to Taylor Swift, who is dating Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and has been seen sporting signature red lips of her own at recent games.

This isn’t your Wildest Dreams. Fireball has officially entered its lipstick era.

“Inspired by their romance, earlier this year we jumped at the opportunity to transform Fireball’s iconic red into a stylish game day accessory: Fireball Cinnamon Delight Lipstick,” Suich continued. “As the U.S.A.’s number one shot brand, Fireball knows a thing or two about what looks good on lips.”

The lipstick, which is cinnamon flavored and – of course – bright red in color, is now available online and retails for $13.87.

The brand says the idea for Fireball Cinnamon Delight came naturally, after it noticed Travis Kelce drinking Fireball to celebrate his team’s Super Bowl win in 2023.

“Millions saw the football star enjoying Fireball while he was celebrating last year’s big win, and the much-loved music star loves rocking red lips,” Suich said, adding, “Fireball felt like it was only appropriate to make Cinnamon Delight available for the most important part of the season. Now fans can dress like their favorite pop star while rooting for their favorite tight end on football’s biggest night.”
