An iconic mascot with a luxury twist
When you think of luxury goods, minimal and timeless are the words that come to mind. While Coach is known for just that, there was a turning point 10 years ago when it introduced a luxury dinosaur named Rexy as its new mascot.
Crafted by Coach’s creative director, Stuart Vevers, the designer T-rex marked a new era of Coach that not only embraced its iconic designs but also welcomed whimsical, playful, and edgy touches. Now, Rexy is celebrating its 10th birthday with a new collection. The special capsule collection features bags, footwear, charms, and apparel, all centered around the iconic Coach mascot. Many pieces (mainly the bags and bag charms) have already sold out, but there’s still plenty to shop and celebrate the luxury dinosaur in style.

What shoppers call the “perfect summer slide” has had a Rexy makeover. In addition to its leather upper and EVA footbed and outsole, the slides have a playful Rexy birthday print featuring a dinosaur eating a strawberry, a party hat, a star, and more. Not only are these slides “very comfortable,” but they’ll also be a summer staple that you can wear all season long.

If you’re looking for your next elevated shoe purchase, this special Soho sneaker should be on your radar. It features the colorful Rexy sticker print on a classic silhouette made of smooth leather with a love-worn look. If you’re a Coach collector, you’re going to want to see this sweet Rexy plush. Made of shearling, it’s a soft and adorable way to celebrate the Coach icon’s birthday. There’s also a bag charm version that’s technically not part of the birthday collection, but worth a look, especially since the 10th birthday bag charms — Trixie and Buddy — have already sold out.
