Because brands know how influential these stars are, they have formed partnerships with various iconic names to launch multiple collections and products. This maintains companies’ relevancy among consumers, keeps audiences engaged, and boosts recognition for both parties. Â

Brands like Mondelez’s (MDLZ)  Oreo have become experts at this strategic business move. The cookie brand recently launched celebrity partnerships with singer Post Malone and singer and actor Selena Gomez, which went viral on social media even before the cookies were made available to the public. Â
This type of collaboration maximizes revenue because it provides tons of free marketing from adoring fans, and the products basically sell themselves. Â

Dollar General joins forces with Dolly Parton, and fans can’t get enough
American country singer Dolly Parton has been “Working 9 to 5” lately, writing new songs and launching products like her microwavable meals with ConAgra Brands (CAG)  in February.Â
However, Dolly decided to expand her horizons last year by partnering with Dollar General (DG)  to launch multiple seasonal collections.

She joined forces with the retailer in July 2024 to unveil the first-ever multi-category kitchen and housewares collection. It was a total success among consumers, with products selling out within minutes.Â
The first release was such a hit the company planned another one for the spring season in March, so fans who couldn’t purchase the first drop could hopefully get their hands on this one.
This collaboration has been lucrative for Dolly and Dollar General, not only monetarily, but also in creating awareness of both brands by expanding them to a broader audience.Â
Dollar General surprises fans with another Dolly Parton seasonal collectionÂ
With sunnier days only a few weeks away, Dollar General has again partnered with the legendary Dolly Parton to create another affordable kitchen and housewares collection for summer 2025. This marks the retailer’s third line with the country singer.
The new Dolly Heart and Home collection is now available for purchase at multiple locations nationwide. The best part is that almost every item retails for less than $10, as seen on the retailer’s website.
This collection is expected to be just as popular and sell out as fast as the last ones, so head to the nearest Dollar General if you don’t want to miss the opportunity.
