What is better than just one Lego flower set? Well, that would be one set with multiple builds. Luckily, that’s exactly what the designers have cooked up with their latest creation, right on track for the holidays, with a ship date of December 1, 2023.

The latest addition takes inspiration from the desert and other tropical climates, as Lego Icons Tiny Plants lets you build nine species of flora that live in terracotta pots. You can place them all together or spread them around your home.

Since going up for preorder, Amazon shoppers have locked in over 4,000 orders at just $49.99 with over 750 pieces—an excellent value. It may seem like a lot, but it makes sense, as Lego flower sets have a history of selling out.

For $50, the Lego Icons Tiny Plant set includes nine plants that you’ll build from start to finish. Included in the set are a Venus Flytrap, Jade Plant, Pitcher Plant, Laceleaf, Red Sundew, Prickly Pear, Succulent, Pincushion, and False Shamrock. All are representative of arid, carnivorous, or tropical species of plants.

Standing out as the tallest is the Laceleaf, which stretches out of the terracotta pot at 6.5 inches. You get a range of sizes with the nine creations, meaning some might be fit for display on a counter or a desk, but some of the smaller ones could be grouped on a mantle or even a nightstand.

From a sustainability perspective, as with other Lego Botanical Collection sets, part of the plastic here is plant-based and sourced from sugarcane. As with any Lego set, you can expect the build to be a fun and relaxing experience, and the brand notes this set is geared for adults.

Like other Lego flower sets, these are Lego interpretations of plants, but we’d say these are pretty true to the actual plants. Though, considering they’re built from Lego pieces, they might be a bit more boxy. Still, as a gift that’s perfect for the holidays and one that will arrive before Christmas, you give the gift of the build and a plant that will forever be in bloom.

And at $50 with free shipping for Prime members, it’s a holiday gift that doesn’t break the bank. So, if you’re shopping for a Lego fan, someone who loves nature, or maybe someone who doesn’t have the best track record with actual plants, consider the Lego Icons Tiny Plants Set.

Amazon also offers nearly every other Lego flower set, including some that are discounted.
