Oreo, a snack treat that needs no introduction, is one of the world’s most popular sandwich cookies. It’s sold worldwide and has become a household name since its inception in 1912 when it was first produced in the Chelsea Market in Manhattan, New York.
People’s obsession with this cookie is a no-brainer: it contains the perfect cookie-to-créme ratio, is excellent for dunking in milk, is crunchy yet creamy, and comes in over 85 different flavors.

Oreo Game Day: Because football season has been more popular and talked about than ever before, Oreo decided to join the football craze and baked up a line of limited-edition Game Day cookies. These Game Day cookies feature five different football-themed designs available in the Original Oreo flavor.
Oreo Loaded: For Oreo fans who would rather have more créme than cookie wafer, Oreo has created various versions of its cookie with different ratios of créme filling, including the Double Stuf, Mega Stuf, and Most Stuf.
However, to further please its créme-enthusiasts, Oreo has developed the ultimate super créme-filled Oreo, the Oreo Loaded. This version contains more créme than ever before, has bits of Oreo cookie pieces mixed in, and will be a permanent addition to its lineup.
Oreo Irish Créme Thins: In 2015, Oreo released its line of Oreo Thins, a thinner version of its original Oreo cookie with an evenly thin créme filling, for those who like to enjoy an occasional sweet treat but don’t want to overindulge.
Throughout the years, Oreo has added more flavors to its Oreo Thins lineup, and most recently, it unveiled its newest flavor, Irish Créme. This permanent addition tastes just like the traditional Irish cream beverage but in Oreo form.

Oreo Minis Peanut Butter: Everything tastes better in bite-size form, and since the release of the Disney (DIS) movie “The Parent Trap” in 1998, the requests for a peanut butter Oreo version led the brand to create an original peanut butter-flavored Oreo.
As of 2025, Oreo surprised fans by adding the peanut butter flavor to its Oreo Minis lineup and making it a permanent item to be enjoyed for years.
Frozen Oreo Bites: Ice cream could arguably be the second-best sweet treat after Oreos, but what’s even better is a mixture of the two. Hence, Oreo partnered with its sweet treat rival to create the ultimate dessert, a bite-sized frozen treat with an Oreo créme-flavored center and chocolate coating.
Frozen Oreo Mini Bars: To accompany its new frozen treat offering, Oreo launched mini ice cream bars with a créme-flavored center containing Oreo pieces mixed in and a chocolate coating with extra crushed Oreo pieces on top.
