Why we love this deal
Making the most of fall can look like transforming your home into an ultra-cozy retreat ideal for unwinding. Before you can begin cuddling up with a fuzzy blanket, sipping a steaming beverage, or curling up with a good book, you need the incredibly comfortable chair that becomes your go-to spot for lounging in the living room or reading nook. There’s nothing quite as relaxing as a reclining armchair that comes with a footrest to kick up your feet, and it’s even better if it comes with soft and snuggly upholstery.
Finding this dream chair that feels like a fluffy cloud isn’t impossible, but it can feel that way if you’re trying to stick to a budget. During Walmart Deals, you can save $100 on the highly rated $240 Goodone Accent Chair and Ottoman, dropping the price of the furniture bundle to only $140. It’s upholstered in a smooth corduroy fabric that feels great against the skin, and it comes in four colors: beige, black, green, and navy, so you can find a match for a variety of interior spaces.

Why do shoppers love it?
Designed for ultimate relaxation, this accent chair has an adjustable backrest that can be moved into three positions. The first position is slightly reclined, so it’s a great choice for reading. Push it all the way back, and the seat is almost flat, giving you a spot for a quick cat nap. The plush cushions stuffed with high-density foam are soft and squishy, but the denser material also supports your joints if you sit for prolonged periods. Another bonus of this design is the matching footrest, which makes it easier to spread out and kick back, but it can also be used as an additional seat if you have guests visiting.

The simple tufted design of this armchair adds sophistication to your space, which is only amplified by the gorgeous wood base. The mix of materials will blend with all kinds of styles, whether your home is mid-century modern, retro cottage, or boho eclectic. Since the chair doesn’t have bulky arms, it’s also a fit for smaller spaces, measuring 27 inches long, 27 inches wide, and 25 inches tall, which makes it a fit for even a cramped bedroom or home office. One shopper raved, “It’s very comfortable and the perfect size for my reading nook chair.”
