Populate a table with using the already existing values

Heyy I’m pretty new to php. It’s easy to create a table and populate it with random data. But how do I use existing 5k rows to generate 1 mil rows.
Loop thru the 5k rows 200 times.

I like when something sounds complex but the solution is actually simple
But wouldn’t that just create duplicates?
